This is the mixture to prepare Spritz. A delicious and refreshing aperitif served in northern Italy that is usually prepared with ice and orange peel. The Venetians use Aperol but in other regions it is prepared with Campari or Cynar.


  • 1 1/2 ounce of Aperol
  • 3 ounces of Prosecco or sparkling wine
  • A splash of mineral water or soda.
  • ice cubes


To prepare the Spritz, add the ice, Prosecco or sparkling wine,  Aperol and then top with a splash of mineral water or soda. Garnish with the orange peels.
